Toss The Asparagus, Look Like A Gourmet. C’est Bon.

I am definitely no cook.

But I know this one easy-as-pie trade secret, and I’ll share it.

When hosting a dinner party, or just cooking for someone you want to impress, cook asparagus for them. Not only is asparagus healthy, not a bad tasting veggie, and a good source of fiber, it’s relatively low maintenance to cook–all it requires is drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and you’re off.

Cook it in a deep, round-bottomed skillet pan, and you’ll be able to toss it in the air with ease. Et voilà, you look like a gourmet chef!
